No linens, no pillow cases, no toiletries. Very weird smell in the room and awful mattress. We ended up checking out a day early and driving home.

Did not stay....the bed wasnt the sizebi booked and he room didnt feel clean and comfortable for me and my family. Shower had mold and boogers wiped on walls. And a distinct odor.

Front desk people told us we could check in early because we'd been driving all night and said the room was clean just to give them a few minutes and they'd call me when I could grab the keys. They called me five hours later. The front desk guy didn't know what he was doing and the manager was not helpful to him at all.

Room smelled horribly of disinfectant. Matress looked lumpy, old and over used. Horrible white led lighting. We walked right out and left the property and stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn.

People smoking in the elevator, I’m on oxygen and signs are posted to smoke 10’ from the building but they do not in force it , they had no ground floor rooms , so I had a second floor room which required me to use the elevator, staff in the office was very polite , they just need to in force the no smoking
