The front desk person who checked us in was extremely pleasant (Elena?). She switched us to a suite at no additional charge as our reservations ended up being on the ground floor which we preferred not being on. Besides that, room was clean and well taken care of and the free breakfast was nothing special but still extremely nice to have to hold us over until lunch time. I would definitely stay here again!
