The only positives would be location and bed is comfortable, otherwise I would pass. It appears there is black mold growing in the shower, the shower leaks, no hot water consistently, and housekeeping was terrible and rude if you asked for clean towels after a 4 day stay. Hotels in other countries have better housekeeping than hotels in America lately 😬.

The shower needs renovating. The towels provided in our room were stained, so we needed new ones. We had late check out and house keeping entered our room without knocking. Only one elevator was working. It's in a nice location though.

The rooms were clean, breakfast staff maintained the food area in an excellent manner, the area was kept clean and food well stocked. Would appreciate a larger selection of food, but pleased with what was available. Anna Sofia, attendant, was especially helpful in assisting us with breakfast. The one problem we did have was the hot water, our first room (135) had no hot water at all, the manager on duty did immediately move us to another room (129) but you still had to wait about 20 minutes before we had hot water.

They didn’t clean the room although we’ve requested for that, property is very outdated and dirty. cleaning and breakfast did not speak English and was not able to help with what we were asking for. Overall will never stay here again.

We stayed here for Parents Weekend — this was our second time staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed the TV wasn’t working. When we spoke to the front desk, we were told that DirecTV was working on the issue, but unfortunately, it remained out of service for our entire stay. In addition, we had no hot water throughout the weekend. On Sunday morning, things got worse — there was no running water at all. The sink, shower, and toilet were completely unusable. My wife had to use a hand towel to rinse off soap and then go next door to the restaurant just to wash her hands. When we spoke to the front desk, they had no explanation for what happened. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to this hotel, despite its convenient location.
