Ive stayed at this location once a month for the past year for a total of 10 stays. While the location is convenient for my needs. The place has been undergoing a remodel, i have not seen, heard or smelled any type of renovation. This particular room was the worst in terms of cleanliness but this particular room was the best because the shower actually drained. I wasnt standing in a foot of water while i tried to shower. I will stay there again because it fits my needs.

I had a “remodeled” room. The air conditioning wouldn’t go below 77 and blew hot air, the tv didn’t work, the bath tub had died up paint in the drain with no drain stopper, and the shower head was falling off the shower wall. Highlights free continental breakfast but there was a charge. Most holiday inns there are plenty of extras in the room, sheets, pillows, tissues, toilet paper etc - nothing.

Uncomfortable Stay One of our two rooms had no AC the entire 3-day stay. Staff couldn’t fix it or move us, so we had to sleep in a hot room for 2 nights. Very disappointing experience.
