Nice, clean and fun stay! Very disappointed the Hot tub wasn’t working, if they would update and let us know we probably would have cancelled and went somewhere else! Hot tub and pool was main reason going there! Definitely should do discounts!

I was placed in the wrong room and so far nothing has been done to correct the issues. It was an accident on front desk. Apparently they registered me in room 224, but they told me 227 and gave me a key to that room. The room was not cleaned from the previous guest. I told them that after I checked out the room and was leaving for the evening, in hopes they would send someone up to clean it for me, but when I returned late that night, it was still a mess and the bedding hadn’t been changed. So I left and didn’t even use the room. Tried to call and ask for a refund but that hasn’t happened yet. Hotels.com is supposed to be helping me with that, but so far no updates.
