Felt so dirty. Looked clean but felt gross. Maybe just needs real updating. Saw multiple insects in the bathroom every time i went in, none of which I'd ever seen before. Wife and child both had vicious bites all over legs in bed (i refused to sleep under covers and kept my day clothes on). Stunk like bleach and cigarettes from the 70s. Service was ok, some people better than others. Just wished I checked reviews first

if you’re desperate

Its more motel style so the doors are outside. we saw mice running around outside again not a big deal bc it’s an outside area but in the room there were gnat/flies on the walls and then we saw roaches crawling on the ceiling and wall. when we told the front desk they did offer to switch us to a new room which we took bc it was 1am. we didn’t see anything for the last few hours we spent there but didn’t bother staying for breakfast so i don’t have much to say for that.

The hotel was clean, the check-in was simple. The breakfast was good. We went to visit Washington DC. We were looking for a place within close proximity to a Metro stain. This was great. I'd stay here again.

I stayed here recently for 2 weeks and wanted to share my experience. What I liked: The location is convenient and well-connected, and the pricing is quite reasonable for the area. What I didn’t like: Housekeeping was inconsistent, staff didn’t come regularly for cleaning. The breakfast lacked variety and was the same every day. Also, I found some of the front desk staff to be unapproachable and not very helpful in addressing customer concerns. Overall, there’s potential, but service improvements are definitely needed.
