The property was nicely kept. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The service at the NoVa Bar & Grill was great. Sunday morning the manager kept the restaurant open after closing at 11:00 so that my guests and I could relax and enjoy our fantastic breakfast. The bananas foster french toast was delicious, The bananas were perfectly caramelized. The waitstaff was responsive. Truly enjoyable. Thank you!

Great area, great hotel

Everything was great except for the elevators. Of the 3 available only one seemed to be working and with a pretty full hotel it made using that elevator a bit tricky. Other than that my stay was pleasant. Oh, and head over to Taco Bamba, the food was delicious.

Night started rocky, kids were having a party across the hall. I called management and they responded within 5 min. The noise stopped and had no further issues. Beds were amazing, super clean, great staff. Would definitely stay again. Short drive to DC, which was the reason for our stay. Book it, you wont be disappointed.

This hotel is on the noise side. The staff must be deaf. Every single door slams when it closes. Not just room doors. All the doors in the lobby, etc. Constant slam, boom, bam. I sat in the lobby for 20 mins and watched the same employee go through the same door 5 times and it slammed constantly,. they are used to it but I'm not. FIX THE EASY CLOSE DOORS

I want to say that this is the worst experience that i’ve had at this hotel. I am usually pleased but this time we found the sheets internally were filled with brown mold! i have never been so disgusted!! they were white on the exterior but internally they held some type of brown mold that made us feel very nasty. I like this hotel and i would love to come again but not like this. this is unacceptable!!

The Latino manager gave me dirty looks. The young man Bryton checked me in. 8 minutes after I entered my room a housekeeper knocked on my door Latino man and asked me if anything was wrong with my toilet. He asked me did I make a report on my toilet having problems. I told him no he looked at a piece of paper and my room number with other room numbers was clear with no highlight on it. I was very annoyed. I called downstairs and a young man who checked me in started laughing on the phone I asked him what was so funny. I went downstairs and confronted him and asked him why did this man knock on my door and asked me about a toilet problem. The young man who checked me in said it was my fault and continue to laugh That's why he came to your room it was my fault I said what is going on why did you send them to my room. Then the man said I should not have checked you in I said what do you mean you should not have checked me in I was told I could come at this time because I have a procedure at the hospital at Inova. It was early but I was still able to be checked in but now you telling me you should have never checked me in. This systemic racist behavior of the Latinos and people from Ukraine in your hotel is atrocious. I am seeking legal counsel for the harassment of a disabled citizen. The young man also told me that I could park around the back of the hotel. I told him I'm disabled and it's easier for me Park in the front of the hotel.
