Comment areas very satisfying and bad comfortable. Issues related to the room couch extremely poor back cushions and sink very noisy. Schools have bus trips with loads of teens and one group had no control of the kids on our floor and they kept us up half the night. Hotel staff offered us a cup of coffee in apologies for no security cams to catch this or control of the chaperones responsible.
