Eh. Have to travel for real food. Checked in, got to room and just wanted to lay down after long drive and there were no pillows in the room. Took long time to bring pillows. How do you forget pillows on the bed??

I love the staff, there were a few mistakes on my end and they were very accommodating and solution orientated. I have family in Virginia and I would recommend family and friends to go to this every time for reunions and marriages.

Room not so clean, pool out of service.

The room wasn't as clean as we expected to be. The window curtains were stained and had holes. No bat soap left by the sink and shower. The indoor pool was closed when we checked in making it an inconvenience. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were runny and the bananas were bruised. No apples were available, only oranges with no knives to peel them. When we tried to take the oranges back to the room for peeling one staff member yelled at my child for taking oranges back to our room. The parking fee was totally unexpected, no one told us anything at check in. We had stayed at Marriott hotels before and the parking was complimentary with our stay. Overall not a very good experience. Will NOT be booking another stay at this location. Total regrets for this visit. Other Marriott hotels I have booked before have gone above and beyond with their customer service, not this location though.

A Quick Trip to DC

Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I wanted to bring to your attention a couple of issues that affected the quality of our stay. Specifically, we found the bed to be excessively firm, which impacted our ability to sleep comfortably. In addition, the pillows provided were not ideal. We also had trouble regulating the temperature in our room; despite setting the thermostat to 68 degrees, the room remained warmer than desired.
