The hot tub wasn’t properly heated and when management was told about it, they made some excuse about it being appropriate temperature for “children.” I don’t know how many kindergarteners are paying for rooms at comfort suites but they should probably focus on making the amenities appropriate for the adults that are paying.
Our door to our room was broken and wouldn’t lock unless slammed. We also couldn’t open it unless we slammed it from the inside like we were linebackers. The room I booked was “accessible” but my disabled husband couldn’t navigate fully around the room in his wheelchair, which is another issue. Overall, it was a place to sleep but we won’t be booking again and won’t be recommending to anyone.
Lots to improve upon, Comfort Suites! And I hope you will.
Last bit of advice, if you’re not going to resolve an issue one of your patrons has, don’t bother calling to tell that patron that you’re not going to resolve it. It was a waste of time.
