The staff is always fantastic, from the front desk to housekeeping and everyone in between. Breakfast was great, as always. My kids love that they can get gluten free muffins whenever we stay there.

Location was perfect close to where I needed to be every morning. wide open space for breakfast, Light on 1 side of the bed was missing. Shower door didn't close completely. Water went all the way to the hall entrance. Seems there are openings between shower pan and shower wall. Bear walls. Not a cozy place to stay

Clean and Quiet Room

It was a good value. The check-in was awkward with kids pestering the front desk person while he checked us in- not sure if he knew them or not- he remained professional, but it felt like we were in a David Lynch movie for a minute and it started the stay off weird. We were also given an accessible room above the dumpster, which was a nice big room, but i didn't love hearing the garbage truck in the morning. Also the door stuck hard and the faucet had a leak. The hot tub was being worked on and the pool had some debris in it, but I swam anyways. The water was nice and warm. The pool area could use some lounge chairs. The hotel overall lacks signage- when you get off the elevator, it's hard to know which way to go to your room. There are also no signs to the pool. The breakfast is great, plenty of variety and the breakfast room is in a beautiful atrium. Definitely best part of the trip. Hotel felt safe overall, just had an awkward start. Would recommend.
