From the greeting to the exit... I was genuinely impressed.. Unfortunately, good customer service is a lost art; however, Sonesta seems to have unburried this treasure.. they were genuine, the rooms were fully stocked with things that you might have forgotten at home and exceptionally clean! There were ample towels, washcloths et cetera, and an extra blanket. The rooms are accessible through the lobby, only, as they are encased within a enclosed structure. You cannot hear anything from the outside, nor from any other rooms. Blackout blinds and very comfortable bed with awesome linens. One could definitely catch up on much needed rest before taking that next adventure, or the long drive home. THANK YOU, SONESTA HOTEL and STAFF. PS There is an extra plus because they are pet friendly...;however, there is a charge, albeit a small one, one cannot find a hotel with all the amenities AND pet friendly, too.

Love this hotel. The staff are always so kind. The breakfast and Turkish coffee bar are phenomenal. The massage chair is great! It’s quiet and clean and on the same parking lot as Vacaville Ice Sports so we can walk right over for tournaments. We always look forward to staying there. The center courtyard is so pleasant. Only negative feed back is the ice machine and water dispenser needs an update. Other than that we love it!

I've stayed here before and didnt have any issues but this stay started off bad. I called to ask if any rooms were available before 3pm and they said yes. Normally places will let you check in like an hour early with no fee. I drove 9 hours and I was exhausted and I didnt want to wait an hour. I checked in at 1:55pm and they made me pay $35 extra! Ive never had to do that before and the clerk had an attitude on top of it. Then the next morning there wasnt any water to take a shower or use the toilet. They said it would be back on around 2pm. I had to check out at 12pm! If they had to do work, do it late when everyone's sleeping. From what I was told, it was a planned shut off, not an emergency. Also, I'm noticing more homeless and people smoking weed out front. Needless to say, I wont be back.

Accessible room was not up to standards. I am not disabled but yet it was almost impossible to take a shower. The water pressure was completely low, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. I will never book an accessible room again at this location. The WiFi also did not work.

The room was clean, with no oders. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. It was very quiet. Would have gotten 5 stars but the room heater didn't work. We didn't need it that night. But tried to warm the room a little in the morning and it would not put out heat. We let the staff known when we checked out.

As I’m checking in, I see a sign posted that says the water will be shut off the next morning from 9 to 11 AM so I feel that was not good to take bookings, knowing that those people are unaware that they don’t have water at that time so I set my alarm for 8 AM to make sure I get a shower. I turned the water on at 8:12 in the water is off. I expect to be reimbursed for this trip if I can’t shower what’s the point?
