Breakfast food quality was mediocre at best. Bread items such as bagels seemed stale. Ice water in dispenser tasted awful, like from an old garden hose - Definitely not filtered.

Room was in ok condition except for pull out couch, there were crumbs for food in the couch/bed. Hotel didn’t have towels for pool or room. They did apologize for inconvenience but first time it has happened during a trip.

Lady was saying she didn’t see my reservation even though I was showing it to her on my phone. I literally forgot my wallet so I went back to get my wallet came back with my photo id and itinerary again said she didn’t see it. Was just being prejudice then I call back and some gentleman answers phone and says yes sir I see your reservation right here. Bunch of BS! And I have stayed here before no issues. Get that lady some proper training to run the front office or put her to fold towels in the back.

Accommodations were very good, but the complimentary breakfast was not. Hot food was bland and I suspect eggs were fake (powdered). Bread items (i.e. bagels) were stale, and ice water tasted like old metal pipes. My biggest complaint is about the Dove hand soap and body wash provided. Both were very heavily scented with a rose or floral scent I found to be obnoxious. Front desk had no other soap alternatives.
