Thought I booked a suite - apparently I didn’t. No suites available - no problem. The kids running up and down the hallways, stomping the stairs, yelling & keeping my child up - can’t do it. We had to leave after 9pm due to this and find another accommodation. I’ve been to this hotel multiple times but we won’t be back.
