The hotel room itself was fine, actually quite nice. The hotel cable system was terrible. We were never able to locate any of the channels given on either of the two channel guides we were given. Frustrating. The lobby and common areas were being renovated, but did not affect our stay.

Great hotel, horrible service from hotels.com

The hotel was great. I would NOT recommend using hotels.com to book anything after the stay however. I spent almost an hour attempting to extend the stay for one more night and hotels.com apparently does not have that ability. The hotel apologized even though it was not their fault. Hotel was great, hotels.com service was horrible.

Nice comfortable room

The main lobby was under construction but the staff made me feel welcome. The breakfast was still available even if the floors weren't finished being tiled. I expect it will be completed in a couple of weeks.

I was in town to visit a nearby vineyard. Hotel was lovely. Staff was pleasant and was able to provide me with a corkscrew for my locally purchased wine. Only downside’s were no Netflix and we had a few people around us that were very loud at night and early in the morning.
