We bought soda from the machine by pool and the were so freaking hot. Went to tell girl at front desk and she did not care said oh well go get some ice. Rude as hell and when I buy soda it should have been cold

Honestly, the hotel was pretty nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem was the staff newly being trained, which is fine but not trained as another thing and very disrespectful and rude. Our reservation was messed up three different times so just a little frustrating.

Staff was courteous but didn’t seem to know how to deal with our rooms being already paid on Hotels.com. No blow dryer in room. Only 2 towels for a 2 night stay. It was an ok place but nothing really extra for $200 a night.

Clean room and modern hotel. The pool was so cold we could hardly be in it and the staff kept opening the doors to outside even after we closed them which made it even colder in the pool area. Our room was at the back of the hotel and we wanted to park back there but it was not lit up and was sketchy. It was nice but don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

Room was nice, although it was suppose to be non smoking and there was an ashtray on the balcony's table. Nice size tv. Balcony was nice. A little Overpriced for area. Casino is close and has a restaurant, but smells very Smokey.
