The room was clean, the beds were comfortable but room door was hard to open, it would not unlock easy, the phone did not work and the bathroom door did not close right, it gave trouble latching

I have been staying at Inn on the Square consecutively for the last 6 years on business trips to the Cape. The property including rooms are very dated. This is the second year that I stayed in the cottages building. The room was clean, but very outdated, bathroom could be refreshened, wallpaper missing, the room was very musty, I had to open the windows and run the air unit to refresh the room. I suffer from terrible allergies, and the moment I walked in the stale musty air hit me. The beds are very comfortable. I had an issue with my television, but the front desk manager came over at 9:30pm to try and fix it and had engineering over in the morning to fix it, as promised. I always enjoyed staying here for the convenience to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and upper cape where I have business meetings. It is very convenient to down town for restaurants and town hall where I need to get too. This was always a great property, but I may consider alternate accommodations when I return.

It’s a great place. It isn’t really walkable to much but the cleanliness, friendly staff and quick uber ride to Main Street and the steamship authority make it so worth it!!

Room was well stocked with coffee and tea. Bed was comfortable Room wasn’t ready by 4 pm check in time, we needed to leave for a wedding by 4:30. Very stressful, front desk never offered to give us the choice to select another room.
