Guests will have access to the entire apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the building. This includes all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. A private entrance is available at the top of a short flight of about 10 steps. We provide initial amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. However, these supplies are limited to a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Exterior cameras may be present on the property for security purposes.

Located less than a half mile from Dickson St. and the Fayetteville Town Square. Public Transit is nearby. Walking distance to University and all Downtown Fayetteville has to offer.

★ Please note this apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and guests must access the apartment through a stairwell.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Strict 2-person maximum, there's no space to accommodate a third guest.
- The apartment is in a complex with other people as well, so try to be courteous of the other guests with noise late at night.
If the trash is full, please take it to the dumpster located behind our unit. Extra trash bags can be found under the sink.
- We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay with us! We provide amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.
