Room was very clean. Comfortable beds. Check in kind of got messed up. We got our room key and the door wouldn’t open. The couple checking in next to us came up and had the same room number as us. Their key worked. I had to go back down and get another room assigned. Fortunately that was fast. Breakfast is okay. Kind of normal for a hotel.

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good--hot eggs, bacon, and potatoes as well as yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Front desk workers were not super welcoming and acted like I was asking the world when I asked if I could check in early. A friendly "No, your room isn't ready" or "No, that's against our policy" would have been fine, but I got a "Probably not" and a lot of attitude. While my room was ready and they did allow me to check in (around 1pm) which I was very appreciative for and said so, they were unfriendly and borderline rude. Not the Southern hospitality I've come to expect when traveling this way.

The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were very pleasant and helpful – from the front desk to the maids. The breakfast was also good and the area where the food was served was kept completely stocked and neat. The part I did not like about this hotel was the cramped rooms, lack of storage and overall decor. It seemed like it was very cheap to be honest. The plastic flooring and the color scheme Reminded me of a hotel out of the 60s. There were no drawers for any of your clothing, and there was also nowhere to put a suitcase even if you like living out of a suitcase. We literally had no room on the floor because it was completely taken up by the bed. The bathroom was very large actually and nice. I think they just tried to go a little too economical on this hotel. We were there for a football game weekend at the University of Arkansas so we paid an astronomical amount of money to stay here. I totally understand supply and demand dictates the price, I just wish that I’d had a drawer and carpet on the floor!
