We had difficulty getting housekeeping “tidy up” on a daily basis as requested at checkin. Out of the 6 day/7 nights stay, housekeeping was not performed three days. We visited the front desk all three times, were assured the situation would be remedied, and after the third occurrence it was. One morning we received a note under the door at 8:00 indicating housekeeping had come by but due to the “Do Not Disturb” left the note. The front desk explained housekeeping is typically from 8-11 and did not understand why the note was left at 8:00. We stayed at this same hotel in November 2024 3 days/4. nights. We requested daily housekeeping when we checked in but only received this service one time.
