Convenient location, pretty clean for the most part. I didn’t have enough towels and the breakfast was not good. They didn’t serve any meat. Only eggs, toast, and hash brown that looked like it came from Walmart. A couple box cereals basic fruit apple and banana. You had to pour milk from open glass container. No individual containers.

Proximity to our venue was the convenience. We were given a room for special needs. No cabinet to hang our clothes. Not even a single bottle of water to drink. The breakfast was pathetic. I wished I had taken a picture.

I reserved a room with 2 queen bed for 4 of us and when got there they didnt have, So they said i could get a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch, i said thats fine, go to the room and there is no couch, go back down to the desk and no more room for 4 people available but they can sell me a whole nother room.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and my grandson while we were in town for my son's celebration of life. It was nice for the price. Although we were a bit disappointed on the buffet breakfast they served, it only consist of scrambled eggs, hash browns, cereal, juice & coffee.

Upon check in I got a text from hotel asking if we needed anything. We had no bath towels. I text. No response. Kids wanted to swim quick before closing. By the time I walked to get towels, then walked back to get pool towels, then walked back to get shampoo/contintioner we barely got to swim. Not to mention cold pool and hot tub so hot others were just sitting on edge. Could barely dangle feet. Called shortly after check out to say daughter forgot blanket and we would pick up few days later on way back through town. Called next day to confirm. Was told housekeeping still had not been in to clean room. They took down phone #. Next day no call. Called following day and was told they were too busy -was put on hold. Finally stopped on way through -no blanket. While I was told our room was never cleaned we were told in person 3 days later they were booked. I know lost items not their responsibility but knowing what is going on is the hotels responsibility.

The tv in our room didn’t work. Some of the staff at the front desk, lack professional etiquette. There were bugs in the room, puddles of pee near the elevator, which I assume were from pets. Will not be returning to this establishment for lodging purposes ever again.

Beware, multiple adults, you all must have ID. Not sure if this is a policy or just something they did to my work crew. Not only were we unable to check in, because a couple out of 5 didn’t have ID, but when hotels.com tried to get a refund we were refused. If each person in a party needs to show ID it really needs to be stated in policy, would have saved my company a couple hundred dollars. Ridiculous how some hotels scam honest working individuals out of money.

My husband and I booked for 5 days. Wasn’t happy we got stuck with a room overlooking the lobby but ok. After check in, I had to go down to the front desk to request a microwave since my room didn’t have one, ok. Next morning we were looking forward to breakfast (why I picked that hotel) and there wasnt any. The following two days when they did have breakfast, very limited food and honestly, tasted horrible. The eggs has some kind of spice to it, waffles were hard, one day the French toast was soggy. Only Cheerios for cereal and bread. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it so on Third day there I asked for our room to be cleaned and came back to a dirty room, no towels and running out of toilet paper. Had to go get my own from the front desk. The young man was very nice. He was actually the only positive thing about this stay. So after all that,we decided to check out a day early and now being I’m being avoided because I asked about a refund for the day we didn’t stay. Keep leaving messages with no one calling me back. Very disappointed

Enjoyed swimming in the clean pool , there were maintenance workers in and out of the pool area which was a bit uncomfortable, rooms were newer . Grandkids kept finding cards papers along the floor. Staff were helpful, we did not like the breakfast bar food, scrambled eggs were tasteless and hard. But we can do without the breakfast. Overall we had a nice pleasant stay for 2 nights .

Great for a few days

This was a great place to land while moving into town. They allowed my cats to stay which was very important. Our room overlooked the lobby and got a little loud late in the evening. But it didn’t go too late so it ended up be ok.
