Surprised at checkin for extra cost of my dog

Room was very clean and comfortable but finding out i had to pay $75 more for my dog was upsetting. We paid in advanced and stated we had a dog. The price we paid reflected thst, we thought. To our surprise, that was not true.

The hotel was very clean,quiet, and the staff very friendly. I wish the pet fee was more reasonable - $80 for a small dog seems exorbitant, otherwise we will definitely stay here again when we travel through.
