Not very happy

Everything was good till morning when we all needed to shower and no hot water or any water pressure. Went to front desk and rhe lady looked for another room wasnt any cleaned and all she said was sorry so we all left without showering. Didnt offer any refund or anything

So easy to check in and front desk professional and friendly. Did not realize at time all the extras that came with room. Not quite full-size refrigerator but big enough to keep things cold and had a freezer!!! Very room. You weren't bumping into or the bed when walking. A place for dogs to do their business and for us smokers. Very nice sitting area in front Recommend YES. Stay there again YES.

They only serve biscuits and gravy on weekends. Sometimes. Today is Saturday. No gravy. Toaster was broken. Bread oatmeal and hard prepared breakfast sandwiches. Don't spend the extra money. Stay somewhere else.

Stayed once, paid twice.

The majority of the staff I interacted with while there weren’t the best. When I arrived I was charged a second time for the full price of the room even though I informed them I had already paid through hotels.com. The woman at the desk told me it was just a hold on the room (which I thought was different than a usual hold) and it would be gone after check out. The next morning I noticed I had indeed paid for the room from hotels.com and it had already been withdrawn from my account AND so had the charge she made the night before. When I spoke to the new woman at the desk that morning, who I felt like I was bothering her by her attitude, she insured me the charge would be lifted by my card in a day or so. I traveled back home and a few days later found that this wasn’t the case. The most helpful person was another woman I spoke to on the phone a few days later who refunded the charge with no issue. But the fact I had to push for the second charge to be returned, definitely put me off. So if you book this hotel through Hotels.com, be extra careful this doesn’t happen to you. Morning staff seemed generally sparse, the breakfast station offered was a complete mess and, while yes it’s “complimentary”, was also just as sparse in selections. Most plates/cups in room weren’t cleaned very well. Expected better of this hotel brand.

Mediocre at best

The dishes in the room were dirty, there were no towels at the pool or a place to put dirty towels and the breakfast was miserable. There were a couple of basic items but no fruit at all and the toaster was broken. The service and staff was just ok and overall no one really seemed to care or be interested in the guests. I might expect that from some budget hotels but not from a Home2suites.

Overall easy checkin. Room is spacious and clean. We had some difficulty getting the tv to work at first but apparently unplugging it and plugging it back in finally did the trick.
