The only downfall to our stay was the noise. Above us and our floors doors slamming. Luckily for us it stopped around 10 so we got to sleep

The entire carpet in our room was moist. It was really gross. Then we needed up covered in pet hair. Our pullout couch has no bedding and no pillows. Most the dishes had a weird film over them. Home2 Suites is usually our go to when we travel, but the cleanliness was just not good here.

After a few hours in the room we got a call and a person who claimed to be with the hotel staff said that there was some kind of a problem with my credit card and they wanted me to give them my card number over the phone so they could retry it. I said I would come down to the main desk to take care of the matter. When I got to the desk the staff wasn't aware of any problem. I suspect it was a scam in trying to get my card info over the phone.
