There was a cockroach smashed on the floor, where the food was. Also, everything felt like it wasn’t clean when we got there. I made mention to the desk, but it was so late at night. It was only one person.

The lady at the front desk was nice and pleasant. The room she initially put me in was not cleaned properly. Bed was not made up, stains were all over the couch, hairs was on the sheets and pillows. Also the bathroom floor was sticky and there was a dead roach on the floor so clearly floor had not been vacuumed.
