Clean, well appointed room. Staff was helpful except when we mentioned the shower handle not working properly. Response was: “Yes we have been having problems with that.” If that’s the case, why rent that room until it is fixed?

Very nice hotel and area. Room was superb and roomy. Was told reward point would be granted due to room not being available as booked. But a walk up was given the same exact room as I stood there. Due to I was attending a funeral I explained I would return in 4 hours. Room was excellent but haven't seen my points. IJS
