Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area, just 2.5 blocks away. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed with a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and an en suite full bathroom also with a shower/tub combo. Bathroom off of twin bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. The king bedroom and twin bedroom are equipped with a flat-screen TV. High-end, fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Free parking is provided with 2 labeled spots for your condo under the building. Exterior parking area on property is available first-come, first-serve. Parking passes are provided as needed during the busy season. Elevator goes to all floors of the complex. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.
