Living Area:
The open living space features a beautifully tiled floor, a large sectional sofa that transforms into an extra bed, a flat-screen TV, and artistic coastal décor. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light and lead to a spacious oceanfront balcony, perfect for soaking in the coastal breeze and ocean views.

Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen boasts modern cabinets, sleek countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which features a unique shell light fixture and seating for six. A high-top table with two bar chairs by the window is perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the morning sun.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom #2: California king bed with an updated private bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shared access to a bathroom that also opens to the hallway.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are modern and stylish, with updated fixtures and plenty of space. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Amazing condo!

Loved our stay here. We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of room. The condo is right on the ocean and the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Walking distance to all the fun on folly beach. There is an elevator and stairs if you prefer for easy access to the condo. Comfy beds! Would come back.

Great location and layout but a few drawbacks

The VRBO was beautiful and a great location, layout and view. However, it is listed as hosting 8 guests with a couch that “transforms” into a sleeping area. We arrived with 8 guests only to find 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twins. No pullout couch. We had to resort to one of our guests sleeping on a love seat. Very misleading in the listing! We also noticed makeup smudges on the master bedroom sheets which appeared left over from previous guests versus just a stain, and ran out of toilet paper after the first day. Despite these mishaps, we did enjoy our stay and for the majority of the time our host was communicative and helpful.

Fabulous location with great views!

My family and I loved the location and the beach was beautiful! Walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was cleaned and beautifully decorated, Kitchen was fully stocked and the set up was perfect for our family. My favorite part was the large balcony overlooking the ocean.

Great Stay

This condo was close to perfection. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware, appliances and kitchen tools. Hands down, it was the best kitchen I’ve seen in a vacation rental. All the beds were comfy, as was the seating in the living room. The living room had a sleeper sofa making it not quite as comfortable as the loveseat, but that is to be expected. The beach decor was nice and not too kitschy. I was traveling with my 89 year old mother and was pleased that all the bathrooms had taller height toilets and grab bars in each of the showers. She enjoyed sitting on the balcony to read, listen to the ocean and enjoy the amazing oceanfront view. When we were leaving, my mother said “I would stay here again.” That is a resounding endorsement! Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

Great Location, Beautiful Condo!

We took our daughters and a friend to Folly Beach for a birthday trip and to visit the College of Charleston. The condo was beautiful and the proximity to Charleston made it perfect! We absolutely loved Charleston and driving into the city once or twice a day was no problem because it was so close. We also loved Folly Beach and this condo is close enough you can walk to everything. Management was also very responsive when needed and great to work with! We will be back!!!!
