The lady on the night shift was fantastic. My daughter at CSU broke her leg playing hockey. I came up from south Denver to help her in the ER and take care of her. It was a long night. The lady that greet us was wonderful get us checked in and went out of her way to assist. I was tired and on my own managing everything. So her help was a welcome relief. Much appreciated.

The fact we got stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes. Calling for help and ringing the bell. Screaming for help. To finally have someone arrive to get us out. Not one sorry, oh my are you okay? No he asks what did you do, what happened. Explained that we got in the elevator pushed our level for our room. Door slams close then opens randomly with a slight crack then continues to do so over and over. Called on the emergency phone and all we heard was radio chatter no one answer. Pushed the alarm button. Screaming and yelling for someone to help us for over 20 minutes. It was very alarming that no one seem to care we were stuck in the elevator. Then after we calm down and decided to stay for the remainder of our trip. We went to the front desk. Explained and were told oh sorry. He will get the elevator fixed. I asked for manager. And he said he would get that for me. While waiting we ordered food from the bar area dining. Food was to go. We took back to our room instead of eating at the tables to hopefully enjoy our stay. After 30 minutes of waiting. Still no manager. We take our food upstairs. Open and it’s all burnt. We were so hungry that we just ate the fries and called it a night. Left as soon as we awoke to get out of there. We were hoping to have a better experience. The rooms are great. The pool and indoor jacuzzi were awesome. Maybe we will try another location?
