Room and hotel were very outdated, no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, couch doesn’t let out into a bed, plus the couch was dirty and stained. Hallways smell like carpet needs to be cleaned. Very disappointing, especially for $260 per night.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Although my original room was not ready—even though I checked in more than an hour after the stated check-in time—the staff handled the situation professionally. The room rugs/floors were not fully cleaned, but this was explained to me. I also received notice of a fire drill only a few moments before it occurred, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from these issues, the staff were delightful, accommodating, and very professional throughout my stay. Their customer service helped make the experience a pleasant one overall.”

We had a great two night stay! The room was functional and very clean. There is a small kitchenette with basic silverware and flatware. The breakfast was complimentary and very nice with some hot food as well. There was free coffee all day. Kudos to the front office and support staff too who were all very courteous and helpful.
