The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need including all utensils, coffee maker, and dining sets - and yes, even a laundry room with a full-sized Washer and Dryer! The beautiful granite counters add to the very quality this property is known for, along with high-end tables, chairs, and artwork. The spacious dining/living room area has a spacious dining table for 12, a huge sofa with a big screen TV with High-Speed Internet service, along 3 additional chairs for extra seating! The spacious balconies have great views to relax while enjoying the sights of each sunset. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and even an office area to work from! The master also has an attached bathroom that has a beautiful walk-in shower, a makeup vanity, and a spacious countertop at the sink. Linens and beach towels are furnished for your use. The first guest bedroom has a Twin Size bunk bed and a closet. The second, third, and fourth guest bedrooms all have King beds with a TV to enjoy while resting up! All guest bedrooms are right next to the guest bathrooms that have beautiful countertops and walk-in showers. The two guest bedrooms at the end of the hallway do share a jack-and-jill bathroom.
