Quiet neighborhood but short walk to beach and shops, restaurants. Nicely and tropically furnished. Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops. Large bath. Queen sized bed. Laundry. Deck and large yard with tables, chairs, loungers. Tropical gardens. No loud music or partyers. No college students. A well behaved dog considered with pre-approval only.
