Good hotel

This hotel was located mid-way between the beach and Fort Myers, which is exactly what we wanted. We had to change rooms, as the first room had a horrible smell, like someone was cooking in the room. It smelled up the entire hallway, too. The young lady at the front desk was very nice about getting us into another room right away. She also helped us by suggesting restaurants close by. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed.

This HIE was equal to any Ritz Carlton. Staff dressed ver neatly and clean. Fresh clothing. Always had a smile. As you enter the reception area, was very welcoming and inviting.

Loved that the trolley to the beach is right next door. Inexpensive option to get there and back and not fight traffic and parking. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and breakfast was good. Definitely will stay here again!

This was a very comfortable quiet and great place to stay. The staff was friendly and quick to get us in and out of the rooms. Rooms were modern and clean and the beds were fabulous to sleep in. We spent one night on our way to Key West and one night on the way home, 8 women in a group. Everyone couldn’t wait to get back to this lovely property. Thank you for making our stay a treat!

We were not told that the pool was not working. We left the beach early to swim in the hotel pool and were told the pool had not been working since the day before.

This hotel is almost brand new. Very clean, very modern and great staff. Breakfast was pretty good and the lady that took care of that area was outstanding. There’s also a bus station directly next-door to the hotel.
