I had a serious issue with check-in. Was given room 311 and the key was not programed. I had to returned to the desk to be programed. Then, after 2 hours later another couple entered my room stating it was their room. I called the front desk and the receptionist stated it was an error and i will be given points. Finally, went to dinner and when i returned the room key did not work and i had to returned to the desk. The same receptionist programed the keys but, did not even apologized for the inconvenience. All happened 11/21/25 between 3pm and 6pm.

Room was fine, breakfast was passable ( rationned fruit, day old sausage mixed with fresh ones, no bacon) but the worst thing is that they don't just get your credit card number for incidentals, they charge you at arrival but don't refund when you leave. I've contacted the hotel and they happily tell you it can take up to 10 days ( after your stay) to get a refund! This is unacceptable....if you can charge on the first day, then you can credit on the last. Even then, there is no need to charge for extras you don't use. I've left a message to the manager and no call back or email. Very bad service, Stay away.
