I booked through Expedia they don’t recognize you as any type of member. The bed looked like it had been slept in for a week. Breakfast is expensive so go around the corner to the Bakery District it’s walking distance and cheaper. I won’t book my hotels with third parties anymore.

It was very clean, the staff wasn't my favorite and everyone around us was extra loud but it comes with it so it wasn't terrible. The beds were comfy and I was able to relax, showers was nice and clean as well.

The bedding and pillows need to be on the firm side as they deflated like an overnight balloon. The ladies in the dining hall were super lovely and helpful. The food was included in the room rate, amazing and fresh while not compromising on flavor.

It smelled so good in there when you walked in. Clean rooms very quiet you have to pay extra for breakfast. We didn’t have a microwave in our room, not sure if it was supposed to have one. Staff was extremely nice and didn’t mind conversation.will stay again.
