The property needs a lot of upgrading. What attracted me was the pool/jacuzzie area, but it was disappointing. The jacuzzie didn't work, the foilage needed trimming & a lot of mosquitoes were all around the pool area. I got a 2 queen bed room & my husbands bed had a wore out mattress & springs were digging in his body. I will stay again for the price, but hopefully the hotel makes good with their renovations statement..

Door had 1 inch gap at bottom letting bugs in. Tub was super slick. Toilet was 12 inches high for child. Tv angle adjustment was locked out with padlock. Coffee pot not cleaned and resupplied. Old grounds in pot, no new coffee coffee , one Styrofoam cup not in sealed plastic. The wood floor was cracked from front to back from flood. Ice machine broken. I was too tired to demand another room. Im not fussy but...that room was absurd. First and last time I stay there.

Great value

Atrium Inn was clean, comfortable and a great value. The hotel is in need of some updates. The atrium was beautiful and we enjoyed walking around. The trees are beautiful. The towels were thin and very small.

Well run independent budget hotel

This is a well run budget hotel. The rooms are not fancy, but I appreciated their large size, comfortable beds, and the easy to keep clean wood vinyl flooring, which is so much more sanitary than carpet! The simple breakfast buffet was also well done and the night staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the pool. The location is very convenient for road trippers because it is not too far fromt he highway.

Beautiful Atrium, old hotel

Service was excellent. The Atrium was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The beds were thin mattress, but still comfortable. Hotel looked run down, breakfast was everything from Costco, nothing to brag about. Cold shower; no hot water.

The staff members were super helpful and friendly. The room was larger than expected and clean and comfortable. The view out the back to the pool area was very nice, with lots of plants. It looked very inviting. The hotel is a good value and in a convenient location.

The atrium (inside) was unique but run down, needs maintenance. Pool was cloudy and had lots of flies in it. Hot tub not working properly. Continental breakfast was sketchy. Room was relatively clean but old and out of date, needs work.
