Check in was fine. The tub spout diverter would not convert the shower water all the way. Taking a shower in standing water wasnt great. Microwave didnt work. Overhead light for stove was also not working. They offered to change rooms but it was already to late was checking out in the morning. Wish they offered something better or a discounted room for now or for a future stay. Our first time there it was ok.

Every thing was good but they didn’t have any heat in the suit whatsoever it was hard to sleep properly with cold conditions. They should get that fixed as soon as possible. Also a lot of outlets , and the thermometer was falling or breaking

The best part is that it was centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. Also it was great two have two bathrooms in our two bedroom suite. That was a welcome surprise! Breakfast was tasty and helped keep our costs down. The workout room was sufficient and clean. We will return.

This was a surprising disappointment for a Residence Inn. When we checked in, I asked for a first floor room and was told “the system assigned you a room on the 2nd floor” so I said ok, because it was one night. I know this was just laziness on part of the desk clerk. The hotel was empty- it’s in a business area and was a Friday evening. We were one of 3 cars in the lot. Then the rooom was not great. They need to overhaul the bathrooms. Toilet was working if you held the flush handle for 10-20 seconds. Shower doors were off he track. Sink handles were loose. And who designed the sink height? I barely could reach to wash my face and I am 5’2”. Pick another hotel if you’re staying in the area.

The area around the hotel nice and quiet; you could drive around or walk and see the scenery around the place. I even saw a rabbit there. The hotel itself was great I had no problems at all; the rooms were nice, you could open the windows and get air too. And the people who worked there were great. I would go back anytime.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit was great for our party of 5. Loved having the two bathrooms and kitchen. Staff was very helpful. Very convenient location close to Wrentham Outlet shopping. Great restaurant nearby. The one and only thing we would change is the living room couch area. Not enough seating and the couch was cold hard plastic. Other than that, the beds were great and room was quiet!
