Arrived this past Friday, young lady at the counter didn’t have so much as a hello. Just, “name?” Saturday night my friends went to the pool but there were only a few towels (5 max, there’s 4 of us) so I went to the front desk to ask for some since there were also 3 more people in the pool and she says to me,”Already??” We hadn’t even started swimming yet. Very rude receptionists. Our rooms shower pressure was very very weak.Our room was clean though and the morning staff was super nice. I was pretty taken aback at how unfriendly the Friday afternoon gal and the Saturday night gals were, not sure if I’ll chose this hotel again.no.existent
