direkt am bahnhof gelegen und daher sehr zentral. zimmer sehr gut isoliert und komfortabel gross und sauber. frühstück mit blick auf die skyline. moderne dusche freistehend im zimmer

Potenzial für eine gute Bewertung Vorhaben...

allerdings gibt es einen gravierenden Punkt der es mir nicht ermöglicht eine gute Bewertung zu vergeben In Frankfurt wird eine kleine Steuer für Gäste fällig soweit nicht ungewöhnlich, dass gibt es ja häufiger. Allerdings bestand der Mitarbeiter darauf die 2€ in Bar zu erhalten. Ich hatte einfach kein Bargeld dabei und egal um welchen Betrag es geht. Im Hotel sollte alles immer mit Karte bezahlt werden können. Für mich ist das außerdem für die spätere Abrechnung der Reisekosten zwingend notwendig. Die Diskussion darüber ist leider sehr heftig geworden. Soetwas möchte ich als Gast nicht erleben und deshalb kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Positives: Ich hatte ein modernes und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Zweckmässiges Hotel in Bahnhof-/Messenähe

Cons: Verarbeitung der Einrichtung ist verbesserungsfähig.
Freundliche Angestellte Saubere Zimmer; Einrichtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig insbesondere die Dusche im Zimmer nicht in separatem Raum
