The space
Set among sweeping mountain scenery with Continental Divide views, this spacious home is designed for comfort in every season, especially winter. Large windows bring the landscape indoors while vaulted ceilings and an open layout make it easy for everyone to stay connected. After a day on the slopes or snowy trails, the gas fireplace becomes the natural gathering point for conversation or a quiet moment with a book.

Outdoor living
Step out onto the deck to take in crisp mountain air and expansive views. The private hot tub offers a soothing end to cold-weather adventures, whether you return from skiing, snowshoeing, or exploring nearby winter trails. In colder months, the surrounding scenery feels peaceful and still, making outdoor moments especially memorable.

The open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together so meals and memories unfold naturally. Sleeping arrangements

Main floor: Primary suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tile shower.

Upper level: A queen bedroom with access to a shared full bath, plus a loft with a twin bed and twin trundle.

Lower level: A second primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet, along with a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bed and an attached bath.

Comfort and convenience
The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, heating, and family-friendly extras like a high chair. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
