My kid had a function near Fredericksburg, which is an hour from home. We went to stay there that night due to the fact there was an indoor pool for the kids. We went into the pool room and it was absolutely freezing cold along with the water being to cold to even dip a toe in so I went up to the front desk to ask for a maintenance to turn the AC up. As owner of a heating and air company I’m aware of the protocol for that but the lady at the front desk gave me much attitude and told me I was incorrect multiple times before she proceeded to walk away.

The front desk lady: Ayesha was very unfriendly during the check-in. We booked for the suite, she gave us a regular room: reason, their cleaning person didn’t clean the rooms that day. We asked if they can do any price adjustments for not getting what we paid for, she was very dismissive and very rude with her response. We were very tired, we just took what was available to crash the night… I wouldn’t stay at this location again.
