When we go to Fredericksburg we always stay here. Our room was exceptionally clean. We enjoy coffee in the room and a nice breakfast. It's a nice place to stay! *I did make a comment to management that the exterior plants need to be updated. They looked a bit tired. But the rooms are always nice!

Descent hotel. It was nice and quiet. The bed was okay. We like that it is away from the busy part of downtown but convenient to get to all that is happening. They had a cleaning staff shortage and could not provide cleaning service except for those checking out, but not a big deal. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. We didn't like the breakfast. While it was a full breakfast, it just didn't sit well with our tummies.
