Avoid at all cost!

This hotel is very run down except the outdoors areas. The door on our room had a large gap from the top to the bottom. They advertised a complimentary breakfast, but it was just cold items; nothing hot at all. The walls were thin enough for you to hear your neighbors every time they used the bathroom.

We stayed at Peach tree one night in February. It was unseasonably cold but the room stayed nice and warm. It was clean and homey. It is close to downtown Fredericksburg. The breakfast is nothing hot but lots of choices. You need to take it back to your room to eat.
