We were very happy with the location. We also enjoyed being able to check-in and out online without having to go in person. Our only complaint was there was an alarm going off nearby that we could hear even in our room all night. I don't know if it was on the premises or off-site, but it was definitely loud. The property was clean and accommodating, the room was spacious, and the location was accessible to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The Club House amenities were a great plus. The AI feature was great however it would have been helpful to speak with a live person an attempt to resolve the issue with the app for the keyless entry that was deactivated the night before checkout. The solution however was the ability to print a physical card in the lobby. There was also an unauthorized charge on my credit card however it was resolved. Overall if I am ever in the area again I would make my stay at this hotel again.
