Parking and location were great! Room was large and open which made it seem even larger. Only complain during this trip was bed was too hard causing some aches & pains. Breakfast was good as usual!

First time in Fredericksburg!

First time at a staff-less hotel. Felt very new and clean. 10 minute or so drive to downtown Fburg. Family of four felt very comfortable. Didn’t bother with the clubhouse or amenities, as they were a short drive away from actual hotel. Great location close to lots of food and nice grocery store. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will absolutely stay again!

This is an excellent place to stay as long as you know up front there is no on-site staff. Checking in involves downloading an app to which your access is sent. I am 60 years old and not the most tech-savvy, but I (by myself with no help from the younger generation) managed to do it. Also, breakfast is either a walk or a drive to the clubhouse where you likewise must use the app to gain entry. Other than these two things which are a bit different (but not really a big deal), this place was OUTSTANDING. The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. My bedroom was separate from the kitchen and living area and I had access to a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, etc. I was very impressed and would have no qualms about returning. This is definitely my new favorite hotel in Fredericksburg.

clean, spacious and nice location

This was a clean, efficient and unexpectedly spacious room. I thought the square footage listed when booking it was an error. However, I ended up getting my own room while my kids got their own TV and fold out couch. Its within walking distance of Wegmans and has a kitchen stocked with basic needs. We saved a bunch of money buying groceries and cooking in. Honestly, this hotel was the highlight of our time in Fburg. The only mark against it (if I had to find one) is the "bog" of standing water outside of the balcony. But the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror more than made up for that.
