Living room features new furniture, large flatscreen and a double sided gas fireplace shared with the den. Den has additional comfortable seating and sofabed. Free Wifi and Cable. Deck faces Lake Dillon and mountain views. Drop leaf raised dining table seats up to 6 when using the 4 kitchen bar stools and 2 dining chairs. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

In the winter enjoy the Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sleigh rides. An easy drive to the historic park and winter festivals.

Enjoy quiet and privacy next to Lake Dillon with the convenience of being just off Summit Boulevard in Frisco. Very quick access from I-70. An easy walk or short drive to Starbucks, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart and many locally owned restaurants and breweries.

In the summer it's an easy walk to the water or jump on the Summit County Rec Path and bike to the Frisco Marina, and Main Street plus all the towns and resorts. Check out the Main Street Festivals, the bike park and peninsula trails. Many nearby hiking trails and parks. Marina activities include boat rental, kayaks, canoes and SUPs.
