Don’t waste your money if you’re booking this hotel for their shuttle service to Disneyland. It’s far away and the shuttle timing just sucks. Only a few drop off times in the morning and then no other drop off after that and then pick up doesn’t start until 7pm and doesn’t even go until park closing. The hotel is a mess and falling apart. Wallpaper falling off the wall and it’s just old, outdated and not really clean. Check in was a disaster. We had requested early check in and were “greeted” by the rudest employee who told us they were booked solid and didn’t even want to check on our request. After sitting down trying to figure out what we were going to do we got an email saying our early check in was denied. Would have been nice to have received that the following morning when we requested it. Water on full hot mode wasn’t hot enough for a nice shower either and mattress was lumpy and soft. A few good things - everyone but the initial check in person we encountered was lovely. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have. Overall I do not recommend at all. Stay somewhere cheaper closer to the park and just uber rather than trying to match your time to their pathetic shuttle schedule.

Mold spores in the showers of multiple units that they moved us to. Expedia is saying that they cannot get ahold of anyone at the front desk to verify my check out so they cannot issue a refund which is crazy because they told me that they already refunded Expedia.

Room and bathroom needs to be cleaned better. There was stains on the carpet and curtains. Overall hotel not very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not stay there again.

The photos for this hotel are very deceiving. The front desk area looks nice, but everything beyond that is questionable. Our room was dusty and dirty, and the air conditioner was full of dust. The biggest issue happened when we returned from dinner and found a homeless person sitting inside the hotel, in a corner extremely close to our room door, drinking from a bottle of alcohol. This made us feel completely unsafe. We ended up leaving the hotel within just a few hours of checking in. I would not recommend staying here.

The front desk staff member I interacted with was extremely disrespectful. His behavior made me feel singled out, and at one point I genuinely felt he was being discriminatory. He gave noticeably more attention and courtesy to a female customer who arrived after me, and when it was my turn, he responded with a smart, dismissive attitude. His customer service was unprofessional, and it came across as though he dislikes his job and takes it out on customers. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I believe it should be addressed seriously. Thank you.

Pretty nasty breakfast with extremely limited choices. The whole property is run down - paint peeling, cracks everywhere, weird smells. They just don’t seem to ever do maintenance. One of our 3 nights we didn’t have any housekeeping service for some reason. The staff was polite and helpful and we enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle to Disney, the first one left the hotel at 7:30 AM and the last one left Disney at 11:30. The room was dirty, sheets and blankets weren’t very comfortable and very gray. Not soft at all. If you are on a tight budget and just need a bed this is a perfect hotel. Otherwise, stay far away

Chase is always so amazing we’ve been going there every year for our family vacation and he’s always there to check us in and is so amazing. Breakfast was a little off this year toasters we’re not working well but all in all we will continue to stay there once a year

Hotel smelled pretty bad def not what the pics look like we had to ask for a diff room cause NONE of the outlets worked in the first room then the second room the door was so hard to open you jad to ram your body into the door to open cause it getss stuck we had ran out of toilet paper we called front office if we could get some after an hour of still waiting we just to left to lobby to use restroom and get more toilet paper... Awesome location but def wont stay again will stay next door
