When we arrived to the hotel, it took the customer service person a while to come to the front. When I asked for extra pillows, I was given a limit on how many I can get. And finally which was the greatest disappointment was the breakfast. I read all the reviews and this was rated pretty good, that is why I decided to stay here. The quality of the eggs was terrible, there was only Pork sausage available and everything else was just below basic. This stay is making me question the reviews I read.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed at the level of service for this location. Ben even helped us pick a place for dinner on my birthday and called the restaurant ahead to ask them to make my night special. Top notch service!!! Great surprise and very much appreciated. Will definitely stay again.
