The only negative is that breakfast ended at 9am. That's too early for an 11am checkout time. Other than that the place was excellent. They easily extended our accommodations another day when we had to stay an extra day.

OMG...THE REVIEWS WERE SPOT ON...from check in and even adding our 2 pet Shih Shues that we weren't able to do when we made the reservation thru Expedia.com they were most accommodating only only charged an extra $30 per pet per night, REALLY REASONABLE compared to other hotels. 24 hr coffee available in the lobby, popcorn/cookies made every evening (NICE)!!! The room was a king w/sitting area, microwave, refrigerator, 55" TV on swivel, and small coffee maker in room. The bed slept like a dream, bedding was of high quality and extremely COMFORTABLE...VERY MUCH ENJOYABLE. Ample towels and bathroom necessities. At the back of the hotel is a pet station. Outside and near the front door is a outdoor fireplace, seating area and a grill for use, besides the pool too w/towels. AWSOME!!! THEN TO HELP YOU START YOUR DAY...BREAKFAST...AMAZING THE VARIETY OFFERED...eggs, sausage, oatmeal, breads, muffins, waffles w/all kinds of toppings, cereals, juices, danish, alot of variety and kept replenished and cleaned. The staff is so very friendly and helpful and readily available, 3 THUMBS TO ALL OF THEM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOU DID FOR US...my only negative comment is that their printer needs new ink so the TV Channel Guide is legal able with Instructions on how to Read their Channel Listing...and maybe a listing of restaurants within 5 miles of the hotel or those that deliver? (JUST SAYING)...I do wish we could give you more then 5 STARS...THANK YOU AGAIN FOR OUR ENJOYABLE 3 DAY STA

Room clean, good hot breakfast, great location near UF. Only complaint is that the staff said they’d get maintenance to fix the shades which would not move. We had to call 3 times to finally get them to send maintenance. We suggest getting shades that open manually. It’s a nuisance for guests to figure out how to use the wall buttons and the maintenance guy has to come and reprogram them.
