The property was lovely. It is in a state park, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. The room is small but perfect for our 2 night stay. Would stay again if in the area.

Room was clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. There is no restaurant on the property, and the food available at the marina is a long walk away. It’s a great place for a quiet retreat or for those who have a boat and enjoy fishing. I would stay again.

The staff was wonderful!! We showed up late, but I had called ahead of time and they were nice enough to leave our room key where it was easy to access, and they even left the light on in the room for us. The room was clean and cozy, and the lake is beautiful!!! We were only there for a quick overnight, but I would love to go back and spend some time at the lodge and in the area. This was perfect for us, and definetely better than a run of the mill hotel room.

The staff was accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and well appointed, especially for the price. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The price was very affordable as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

The rooms weren’t super clean, there’s a lot of dead bugs around, the AC works fine but if you decide to put the heat on you’ll smell a harsh burning smell that stinks up the room. The staff was very friendly however which is always nice but I think in terms of the rooms itself they should remodel/refurnish the furniture and decorations to feel more country like! 3/5 stars for me, I wouldn’t mind staying here again if they fix and upgrade the rooms to feel more clean and comfortable
