The room had 3 roaches in it the front desk worker killed one but one was in the bathroom and another came out the air conditioner.The phones didn't work in both rooms so i had to keep walking to the office. A worker knocked on my door at 10:00am and asked me if i was checking out today and to remind us that check out time is in 1 hour the parking lot in front of the building was closed so everyone had to park in the back. They renovating the hotel right so be careful with the reviews people is not be honest. But i pray the hotel is better in the future of everyone else stay but i will be going back

There was no free breakfest also no cleaning service had to tak out your own trash were very nice letting us check in late check out was at 11am and the cleaning lady was trying to get in our room at 8:30am also feel because of what I paid from Expedia with me credit they did not take care of us because of a third party. The cleaning person told us she wanted us out of the hotel because her mom was scheduled to have brain surgery? Why would you tella guest that?

The key card didn't work twice even after going to lobby to have it fixed. Guess the third time was the charm. The hallways and staircase to the second floor was very dirty. I recommend wearing your shoes at all times. The soda machine was only credit card and would not dispense a drink even after charging your card. The room did have clean sheets on it and clean bath towels however there was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The thermostat on the wall did not work but the window unit was working it was incredibly loud though. I guess if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night it would do.

There was a big whole in my bathroom door and as soon as you walked into the room it smelled moldy or musty. The beds literally looked like cots. Would not stay here again.
