There are no USB plugs in the rooms - a miss. Your front desk staff was very friendly. Erik in particular - he went above and beyond in trying to find my meds I thought I had left there. Took the mobile to my room, checked the housekeeping carts and then took my contact info in the event they did show up. Very helpful - 10 stars - no notes !
