Poor mattress quality
The mattress was too soft for my husband. He didn't sleep well, so we had to cut short our stay in the Odenton area. The whole purpose of the trip was so we could visit family which we weren't able to do.
Had a wonderful stay, the staff was friendly from when I walked into the door up until I checked out, the hotel was clean, very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean, loved the room I stayed in. However, since they advertised that breakfast was a buffet breakfast… it’s not. It’s continental. I didnt mind it too much, but if I were gonna change something about this hotel, it would be the breakfast. I would consider staying at this location in the future.
The ladies at the front desk were beyond friendly, kind, and personable! Very welcoming and relatable! I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future! The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a convenient area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Great stay ! Great location with almost anything you can eat nearby! And lots of stores to do slight shopping at. Would say that you’d have to find things to do activity wise but overall excellent location.
Clean property. Great, friendly staff! Location is perfect and near so many stores and restaurants that you can walk to. Breakfast was great and kept our party of 5 well fed! Will definitely be back!
I left very early before breakfast service and the front staff graciously offered to get me food. He genuinely seemed interested that I would be taken care of. I was impressed.
I really enjoyed this property. It was one of the better ones I have been in while on an extended road trip.
The staff was courteous and got me checked in right away. She explained that I booked an accessible room.
The room was fantastic. It was large, spacious, and quiet.
I had a dog with me. The extra space in the room was nice. Their pet fee was expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Their pet fee is $50. They did have a nice little fenced in side yard which was nice for later night potty breaks. Made me feel safer.
The breakfast was meh. They had yogurt, waffles, and oatmeal. The waffle cooked the alotted time but was still soggy. Everything tasted off.
I would stay here again though. Even with the higher pet fee and blah breakfast. The side yard and clean room made up for it.
The property is well kept for the most part and clean. AC, bathroom/shower, and TV were all functional and relatively new. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Wifi was not safe and lacked secure methods to use the internet leaving you highly vulnerable; so bring your own hotspot if you need to do any sensitive work. If you're an Expedia VIP don't expect any perks; my perk was a room for the hearing impaired (I'm neither deaf nor impaired) so I surely didn't receive any VIP perk. Continental Breakfast was meh, go make arrangements to eat out. Overall, if you just need a place to stay/sleep then it's fine; yet, the cost to benefits ratio seems way off.
