Cozy, fun home near the lake. Great for a summer or winter get away. Central to restaurants, grocery store, gas station and coffee shops. 5 minute walk to fishing pond , park, and 30 minute drive to Bear Lake Hot Springs, marina is less than 3 miles and 7.9 miles to Beaver Mountain Ski Lodge. House includes large outdoor space with fire pit and plenty of room for boat parking. Place stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, shampoo, soap, beach chairs and sand toys. Perfect house for a wonderful family getaway. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If guests choose to break the rule of no smoking in the house or on the premises they will forfeit the security deposit..
Accommodations are attempted for late checkouts but if declined and the guest insists on leaving after 10am additional fees will be charged.
Garden City ordinance allows 6 guests at Sandy Foote Retreat. If not followed guests will be imposed a large fine and/or reservation cancellation.
