This home has amazing views of Bear Lake as well as walking distance to the lake. Lake water levels may very and access point may be rocky, swampy or sandy from year to year. Only green space is located in the back of the home for guest use. It is in the heart of Garden city and close to shopping, restaurants and the Utah State Marina. This home can sleep 22 and has 7 beautiful bedrooms and 5 full baths. This is a 3 level home with 2 decks, 2 family rooms and game room with pool table. Large spacious Kitchen with 2 fridges and open concept living area. For larger groups rent the Beach House I for up to 50 total guests. No Pets allowed
