They didn’t answer at front desk. I needed shampoo and I had to shower without it. I walk to tell them and they said they were very busy with other events. The rooms are very outdated. Our tv didn’t work and we didn’t want to waste more time with a technician so we didn’t bother we didn’t want tv for our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and the room was nice and clean. I felt like I was at home away from home.

Place nice but we could not control the temperature which made it difficult fo sleep comfortable. Walls are paper thin and one can hear everything thats happeninv on the hañlways. Since there are tons of folks visiting Disney, there is quite activity since early morning until late at night

Beautiful outside. Amazing customer service. Entryway and public areas are updated and gorgeous. BUT the rooms are crap. Its cheaply renovated and feels like a Motel 8. There was also water damage to the sides of the shower. So uncomfortable to even be in the room that we left a few hours later and decided that we would sacrifice the over $500 we spent on 2 nights there for a better hotel down the street.
