When we checked in they said the room we had originally booked was unavailable. They had sold out of all the King suites. They gave us 2 queen beds which wasn’t what we had originally booked. They didn’t really try to accommodate and were unprofessional.

We loved it here. The staff was great and they accommodated our extended stay with no gaps and no issues. The hotel is clean and it is absolutely gorgeous with great amenities.

The room was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. We extended our stay, and they allowed us to stay in the same room with no gap in between. We did not have to checkout at 11 and check back in after 4. We just got to stay in our room. The hotel is very nice and we loved being here.

Stayed in the renovated side, in theory seems nice but you can tell the age of the hotel and the cheap upgrades in the room. I looked up the morning we were leaving and they painted over mold on the ceiling the bathroom..the pool and hot tub area is so small for such a large property. We had to ask 15 teenagers if they’d get out so we could have a turn. Overall the hotel is nice and staff is friendly and efficient. Beds aren’t comfortable in my opinion but it served its purpose. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price
