Always great staff, location, clean, and safe. We did have an issue with booking the wrong set of days and missed out on one of our nights because we arrived a day late. They could see we didn’t use the room, and while not required, it would have been a show of good faith if they had given us the extra night we then needed at a discounted rate. Other than that, we will continue to stay at this hotel when we go to Disney.

The location was phenomenal, you can’t beat the price of the shuttle to Disneyland for only $7 a day. This is my second time staying here this year and we can’t wait to come back. The staff is always nice and the hotel has everything you can imagine from good food, kids area while waiting, Starbucks, etc.

The room was average at best! That's not what I expect when I go to a 9.0 Hotel. The furniture was old and there were scars on the wall from where the old chair had scared it. The staff was courteous, and it was a stay I would expect at a Motel 6 or Budget 8 motel stay. I didn't pay $500 total stay for two nights including parking for an average stay. The room didn't even have a "microwave!" Maybe is was because I booked with you and that took a few dollars off the initial price is why they gave me one of their worse rooms. I looked at some of the rooms on my floor as the cleaning lady had the doors open. I tipped her even though I didn't have her come in my room for the two days I was there. It was not the experience I expected from a 9.0 hotel. I have stayed at Hyatt Regency Hotels many times before and was very pleased with my experience. This was not one of those times. Room 851

This hotel was excellent. The room was clean and newly renovated and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Starbucks in the lobby super convenient for breakfast and we also loved the shuttle service because it made it so we could leave Disneyland and take a break mid day at the hotel. We usually stay where we can walk to the park, and this hotel was better than any of those and easier than walking with the shuttle.
